“She is a design thinking genius who consistently fed me bright ideas to share with our students. She should’ve been the head coach! During the breakout sessions Kendall was tuned in to every table consistently challenging and supporting them. I was floored by her poise, knowledge, and comfortability with me and the rest of our staff. She was a blessing to work with and dove in head first. I admire her so much.”

Kendall, your passion for Design Thinking has been evident since we first met and it’s so awesome to hear how you’re able to harness that passion and share it with others in such an enthusiastic way. Students in ENGS 21 thought that you were a vital asset to this course. Students noted, ‘Kendall was always helpful in the initial stages of our project. When we started out, she guided us by stating what we should expect in reports and presentations as well as giving us helpful suggestions along the way. When she saw that we were getting going, she let us do our thing. We always made sure to keep her in the loop from week to week. When it came down to the final presentation, she came in clutch because none of our group members knew how to paint our prototype (and one of our problems was that the panels were transparent). Moreover, she gave us very important feedback for our presentation, which I feel, improved our overall performance when the time came. All in all, I know that we are a very lucky group to have had Kendall.’, ‘Kendall was a great TA – she did her best to be a as available as possible. She was very good about going to TA dinners and passing Collier’s feedback on to us, which was vital to our progress.’ And ‘Kendall was great. She was especially good at relaying Collier’s feedback to our group.’
