Challenge: Teams of 2 students create a double layer tilt maze with at least 6 drops (design, CAD, HSM, and Machine)

My partner and I decided to create a rather satirical maze. A common joke in the engineering department is that people ALWAYS get lost in a certain part of the building. Consequently, we picked the building’s floor plans as our maze design. While there is no traditional start or finish, the objective is to ‘find your friend in Thayer’ (as there are two balls in the maze to depict this storyline). Pictured below is the final CAD model, exploded view, drawings with tolerances, our final product, and the floor plans of the building.
